The SMART Whole House Water Filter is a high-performance filtration system that provides clean, pH-balanced water throughout the home. The system includes multiple stages of filtration, including a sediment cartridge, a solid carbon cartridge, and a SMART multimedia filter that combines two types of granulated activated carbon, ion exchange resin, and Crystal Quest Eagle Redox Alloy® to remove contaminants such as heavy metals, pesticides, and pharmaceutical by-products. The system also includes ceramic and tourmaline balls that enhance water alkalinity and pH balance.

The system is designed to improve the efficiency of household appliances such as water heaters, washing machines, and dishwashers, while also reducing the need for detergents and personal care products. The system is also beneficial for skin and hair health and can improve the taste and quality of beverages and food cooked with water.

An optional water softener is also available, which can prevent limescale buildup in pipes and appliances caused by hard water. The traditional softener removes calcium and magnesium ions from the water through an ion exchange process, while the salt-free conditioner transforms these minerals into harmless nanoparticles, preventing buildup without removing the beneficial minerals from the water.

Important Information

If you're using stainless steel tanks in a humid environment with salt or if the tanks are not routinely wiped down, you may encounter the unpleasant occurrence of pinholes or rust. We know it's not something you want to deal with, so if you think your system will be exposed to any of these factors or you're unable to keep up with the necessary maintenance, we suggest considering a fiberglass tank instead.
