Free Returns:

Returns are FREE within 30 days of purchase (no restocking or processing fees), as long as the product is in "As new" condition, and can be returned in it's original packaging as it was sent to you. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We'll respond to your email within 24 hours, and set up your return or replacement as soon as possible.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send an email to support@prepperhideout.com and include the following information so we can process a claim on your behalf:

We'll respond to your email within 24 hours and help get you a replacement part or product.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

The kit includes the firebrick and the metal oven door. Ready-mix is required for assembly and it is sold separately.

With an overall height of 82 or 83 inches, the Caminetto Medeo™ is designed to be the focal point of any outdoor space. The firebox opening height of 26.5 inches, along with a width of 63 or 75 inches, provides ample space for a roaring fire that will keep you warm during chilly nights. The oven door width of 15.5 or 15 inches allows easy access to the wood-fired oven, where you can cook up delicious meals with the authentic flavor that only comes from wood-fired cooking.
